The Birth of The Most Influenced Human

Salam to all readers.
I feel like now I want to write this article in English. Do you mind? I hope not. We have just passed the birthday of our beloved Prophet Muhammad S.A.W.. I wonder what have we got from this meaningful day?

Last week, I got 1 SMS from a friend, asking me to help him to write an article about Rasulullah S.A.W. After replying his SMS, I try to search for the info and I got a lot.

As the summary, I think that it should be posted here as our guidance together. Take a read okay? I am not a best person but at least I try to motivate myself to be a better person from what I am now. :)

********************************************************************************************

One of the pillars of Iman (faith) is believe to the Rasul. Who is our Rasul? Every single Muslim nowadays know that the Messenger of Allah is our Prophet, as has been said each time of our solah, “There is no God but Allah, and Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah.” But, it is insufficient for us to only know, but not have the feeling to love our Prophet S.A.W.

We could easily said that we love Rasulullah, we miss Rasulullah, but is all of our action is accordance to what the Prophet had taught us? Do we practise all His sunnah?
Rasulullah had once said, “I had left 2 things that if you follow these 2 things you will not lost forever.”
The companion asked, “What is that O Prophet?”
Then, He replied, “Al-Quran and As-Sunnah.”
Things are easier said than done. Everyone can just said that he loves Rasulullah S.A.W., but how many people nowadays following all the Prophet had left to us?

The Prophet S.A.W. is the number one most influential man in history among 100 persons. This has been listed by Michael Hart in his book. If the non-Muslim could see how great is our Prophet S.A.W., then why we; as the ummah of the Prophet itself do not follow what the Prophet S.A.W. had been taught us? Our Prophet S.A.W. is the best qudwah hasanah, who was respected by all the companions, even the enemies.

Rasulullah S.A.W. really loves His ummah. It has been narrated in the hadith that before the death of the Prophet, the Prophet asked the Jibril a.s. about the condition of His ummah on the day of hereafter. He cried when Jibril a.s said that many of them would go to the hellfire (nar). If we really think of our Prophet S.A.W., for sure we have to be ashamed. Be ashamed to the Prophet S.A.W. that our love is not even single percent could be compared His love to us!

It has been 13 centuries the Prophet S.A.W. had left us. Some people tend to remember Him just when the country is having public holiday because of Maulidur Rasul. After that, they tend to forget. This is supposedly not to happen. As the ummah of the Lover of Allah, we should always try to follow the roles of the Prophet S.A.W., in all aspects of life as in the Qur’an, Allah has mentioned that “There is the best role (qudwah hasanah) in the Prophet S.A.W. himself.”

p/s: Hope to meet Rasulullah S.A.W. on the Day of Resurrection, hope to get His syafaah. Insya Allah..~
